We're Sarah and Brandon, an Orlando-based couple navigating special dietary needs and a love for all things Disney Cruise Line. Our journeys as Platinum Castaway Club members have taken us on more than a dozen DCL adventures – sailing everywhere from Caribbean beaches to Alaskan glaciers and European capitals – all while perfecting the ins and outs of gluten free and allergy friendly cruising.

Meet Sarah & Brandon

Sarah manages celiac disease, while Brandon navigates multiple food allergies including fish and shellfish, peanuts, hazelnuts, cabbage, and poultry. Through our own experiences and connecting with fellow cruisers who have conditions like Crohn's disease, EoE, and Schatzki's Ring, we understand the unique challenges of dining with special dietary needs at sea. We share our combined perspectives to help you cruise with confidence, no matter your dietary restrictions.
